How to Prepare For Your Treatment
Before undergoing CoolSculpting, you’ll want to have a consultation with your provider to discuss your goals and determine if CoolSculpting is right for you. CoolSculpting is not a weight loss treatment and will only reduce stubborn fat from targeted treatment areas. On your treatment day, you’ll want to bring something to occupy your time with, such as your phone, tablet, or book. Treatment
CoolSculpting is performed office and usually takes about one hour to finish, depending on the area(s) being treated.
